As far as conspiracies ruling the world; nah, I don't buy it. There are predispositions within systems, but that does not a conspiracy make.

Take corporations, for example: Ben Franklin warned that without a "term limit" for corporations, their very immortality would make them an unstoppable force, that monopolies would form and that investors, countries and consumers would all suffer.

04/02/08 "ICH" -- -- Many Americans are content with the 9/11 Commission Report, but the two chairmen of the commission, Thomas Kean and Lee Hamilton are not. Neither was commission member Max Cleland, a US Senator who resigned from the 9/11 Commission, telling the Boston Globe (November 13, 2003): “This investigation is now compromised.” Even former FBI director Louis Freeh wrote in the Wall Street Journal (Nov. 17, 2005) that there are inaccuracies in the commission’s report and “questions that need answers.”

Both Kean and Hamilton have twice stated publicly, once in their 2006 book, Without Precedent: The Inside Story of the 9/11 Commission, and again in the January 2, 2008, New York Times, that there are inaccuracies in their report and unanswered--or mis-answered--questions.

On the second day of this new year, Kean and Hamilton accused the CIA of obstructing their investigation: “What we do know is that government officials decided not to inform a lawfully constituted body, created by Congress and the President, to investigate one of the greatest tragedies to confront this country. We call that obstruction.”

In their book, Kean and Hamilton wrote that they were unable to obtain “access to star witnesses in custody who were the only possible source for inside information about the 9/11 plot.”

Good morning DexterSinister; be skeptical, disengage your systemic bias, now, intelligence failure has been sited as the cause of every unpopular misadventure of this administration, and that is simply not credible. You are a very intelligent man Dexter I'm surprised that you are also religious and exercise great unfounded faith in officialdom of the system. Conspiracy and demolition is the simpler obvious explanation that does in fact follow Occam's principle. You insist on aircraft initiation of the destruction of the buildings and I and many others know that there is physicly not one chance in a hundred billion of that being possible, and as if that wern't obvious enough we have the unstruck building collapseing in sympathy. You see complexitys of tactics where none exist, you have empirical evidence in front of you to support demolition but you adhere to faith in maintenance of your bias. In fact you are not following the prescribed scientific method of investigation.
The invasion was planned many years ago Dex, see the volumous literature, Iraq did not begin with 9/11, the events of 9/11 were just a boost to energize the servile masses of patriotic fools and herd them in an Islamic Fundy direction which is itself a manufactured threat. 9/11 widows call for new investigation after revelations of White House, commission ties

The widows whose political activism was largely responsible for the establishment of a commission to investigate the September 11 attacks say a new book revealing the backstory of the 9/11 Commission proves that their initial concerns about its executive director were correct and demonstrate the need for another investigation.
Philip Shenon, who covered the proceedings for the New York Times, has written a new book, The Commission: The Uncensored History of the 9/11 Investigation, which was released Tuesday. The book reveals the close ties between commission executive director Philip Zelikow and White House advisers Karl Rove and Condoleezza Rice.
The Commission also reveals that aside from one staff member, no one on the 9/11 investigative panel reviewed what was perhaps the most robust treasure trove of pre-9/11 intelligence on al Qaeda -- records from the National Security Agency, which conducts electronic surveillance and codebreaking for the US Intelligence Community.
"General Michael Hayden, who headed the NSA at the time, was eager to cooperate and share what his organization had with the 9/11 Commission, but Executive Director Zelikow was not interested," 9/11 widows Patty Casazza, Monica Gabriellle, Mindy Kleinberg and Lorie Van Auken said in a statement reacting to the book [see below].
"Why didnt Phil Zelikow make reviewing these vital NSA documents a Commission priority?" they ask. "It seems clear that not every fact and lead was followed in this investigation compromising the validity of the Commission's final report and its findings."
The 9/11 widows called for Zelikow to resign or be fired from the Commission back in 2004, when his ties with Rice and Rove were first revealed. Shenon's book, they say, proves their concerns were right all along.
"It is abundantly clear that Philip Zelikow should have immediately been replaced when the first rumblings of his impropriety and conflicts of interest surfaced," they said. "When all of this information became clear, the Commissioners and the press should have called for Zelikows resignation. We did. Shamefully, most were silent."
As washingtonpost.com columnist Dan Froomkin notes, "This isn't the first time it's turned out that the 9/11 Commission wasn't getting the full picture. It's not even the second."
Bob Woodward revealed in his book State of Denial, that 9/11 Commission members were not told of a July 10, 2001, meeting in which then-CIA Director George Tenet tried to warn Rice and Bush about the need to focus on al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden, while the president and his confidant were distracted by their pursuit of a missile defense system.
In another Bush administration exposй, investigative reporter Ron Suskind revealed the president's brush-off of the ominous memo warning "Bin Laden Determined to Strike in U.S.":
"All right," Bush told the panicked CIA briefer who interrupted the president's vacation to deliver the warning in person. "You've covered your ass, now."
The 9/11 widows also fault the Commission for relying too much on information gained from "second and third hand knowledge of interrogations of tortured individuals, detainees that were being held in secret locations."

Those buildings did not "implode". If any body here has ever seen a building been brought down by a Professional Expolives Demolition Team, you would know the difference. You would also begin to realise the errors in your judgements.

I knew it this could come!!!!! :lol::lol: Good for you, Bear, to expose my ignorance!! But, I like to argue that the tower did not fall headlong across the landscape! In all that smoke it is a little hard to see exactly how far out it fell. To me it looked more like as if it had crumbled down into itself.
