It doesn't seem to bother most of the world. In the West no more than a third of population considers it any kind of a real problem.. and many of the rest realize it is an outright fabrication and fraud.

The Western 'problem'.. is really one of the proliferation of cults... of which radical environmentaltism.. and homosexuality are the most pernicious.

A lot of hot air and flatulence from both the deniers and the truthers of the issue is the cause, so of course it is anthropogenic.

That's the way it goes when your 'power' switch' only lights a wax candle. Sacrifices have to be made, the 'ride' is shorter but 'way more fun'.

It will affect some of them, it will affect all the people in the UK, who is going to be more concerned about the ocean rising a few feet?

The Chinese will snap out of it pronto if the crops fail one year because of an increasingly severe climate and a few hundred million of them starve.

. . . and if Mongolia goes green then North America will be wearing clothes made out of wheat straw during ever increasing harsh winters. A few million in Canada would be something we might not recover from.

Continental interiors like Asia's ... and ours are likely to get drier, not wetter. Mongolia will get more desert-like and so, alas, will Saskatchewan.

Don't quit your day job. Try looking at north Africa during the last ice-age for your weather forecast and from there you can plot it for the whole globe.
