Karen Jepp of Calgary, Alberta, delivered the girls— Autumn, Brooke, Calissa and Dahlia — on Sunday afternoon.
The chances of giving birth to identical quads is one in 13 million.
Benefis Healthcare officials say all four are in good condition and are breathing without ventilators.
The babies were delivered by caesarian at 31 weeks.
Dahlia is the smallest, weighing two pounds six ounces at birth. Autumn is the largest and weighed two pounds 15 ounces.
Two of the babies will be moved Thursday to a hospital in Calgary today.
Their doctor says the other two may be transferred tomorrow.
Karen and J.P. Jepp also have a two-year-old son, Simon.
J.P. works for Shell Oil's renewable energy operation.
