My friends all compliment me on my cooking, and keep giving me cookbooks, because obviously if I'm a good cook, I must love cookbooks! lol. I rarely ever crack one other than to read it through for a bit of inspiration once in a blue moon, and then rarely (aside from baking), do I actually follow a recipe.
