In this case, only because the shooter lived... where charges were laid, these documents have been public record. If the shooter in this case was dead (like Adam Lanza Newtown) the medical records and tox reports would have been hidden and kept from the public... police investigations investigations dont fal under FOIP ..... If no charges are laid... everything is a secret which could include a person having told their doctor about suffering a similar side effect like James Holmes) would never be known by the families or the public. How many sinilar situations like this one could be out there?

This is about some. Not all and makes it clear that it is an unlawful practice. You make it sound as if all doctors receive kick backs from all pharmacy companies.

They do... they are just worded differently ...

If you look up your local cognitive behavior clinic, you will most likely see in their requirement list, that you will need to take legal mind altering drugs in order to participate. The drug you will be given is from the pharmaceutical company pushing the specific drug that is paying for the clinic......
