Ocean Breeze,
How do you know it isn't the extreme Left sending these mail bombs?...to make Trump and his followers look bad before the mid terms?
Maybe, the evil George Soros sent one to himself from down in his secret subterranean lair (where he pushes buttons and pulls kevers on behalf of the Worldwide Jewish Conspiracy Co. Inc.).

Initial reaction was Trumpites done this, if so it favours the Dems giving them ammunition into the midterms and beyond
Do you think that this was POLITICALLY motivated??........or acting out some of Trump's hate rhetoric?? He has been banging on nastily about Hillary, Obama and anyone that is in opposition to him or is critical of him. There is simply no need for that kind of dehumanising verbal behaviour that he engages in........It just makes him look and sound like an unsophisticated bully.......while inflaming his avid supporters.

There could of course be "political" implications..

Trump says 'we have to unify,' after bombs sent to Obama and Clinton

Bombs in Washington and New York sent to former president Barack Obama, former secretary of state Hillary Clinton and CNN set off spasms of unease across the country as security and law enforcement officers rushed to scour incoming mail for other potential undiscovered bombs.

In these times, we have to unify. We have to come together and send one very clear, strong and unmistakable message that acts or threats of political violence of any kind have no place in the United States of America, President Trump said. Were extremely angry, upset, unhappy about what we witnessed this morning and we will get to the bottom of it.

Is he prepared to be an example of this unity?? When will HE make statements that are unifying.......??........

Overall......his comments were not reassuring, unifying, or supportive of the people who have to deal with these bomb threats. The lack of genuine sincerity & human compassion is obvious. He lacks the capacity to be grateful that no one was hurt and the professionals did a very good job ......intervening.

Any worse than Pelosi and Schumer just now stepping up to the mic and saying Trump's words are wringing hollow, after he said the actions are unacceptable and the perp has to be brought to justice.

Yes it's political

It is not a question of believing him........it is a question of the content of what he says and the sincerty ........

If some find his verbal behavior acceptable....... that is their choice. It is also not about hate........it is about recognising the bloke is not fit for the job. If folks think that recitng negative slogans that are dehumanising to specific targets........ is presidential........ heck...... even just human........so be it.

Mind you this could be someone with mental problems too.....Let's face it...one has to be a tad "crazy" to do this.......

Maybe if he quits calling Democrats "evil" and "enemies."

Yes, he has used both words.
There is hardly any self "censorship" or self regulation when he speaks......and he can be hateful and vile.
at the very least it is tactless and NOT presidential.

The Trump supporters are calling all this a "democratic hoax:

alternate reality??

Yes, I can see how calling somebody "unfit" and "with mental problems" is more likely to provoke violence against that person than calling him "evil" and "the enemy."

Especially when it's backed by the awesome power of a random Canadian on a website, and not some insignificant person nobody listens to, like Trump.

Are you purposely avoiding Hitler, Nazi, Brown shirt, Satan, etc. insults are flying both ways

Let's not forget the resistance movement by the Dems wouldn't that be considered Trump is the enemy as well?

And yet he was elected and 47% of the voters approve go figure
As a CAN-AM........I have higher expectations for and of the leader of the US.than what seems to be the case of current leader's supporters. His hateful rhetoric demonstrates a lack of self respect and respect for others . Basic CIVILITY should be the order of the day. Let's not forget that people with mental issues are highly suggestible ...... making them vulnerable to the kind of rhetoric that Trump spews out.

Each of the targets have been berated by Trump in very nasty ways. Patterns.

So I have a mental disorder according to you, because I understand his language and can see through the rhetoric and see the results. Do you think it is a right that the left is attacking him constantly? Is it because he isn't one of them and actually pushing back? Is it wrong to treat the Gov. like a business and cut to the bottom line? Is it wrong to think of the home nation first? Is it wrong to try to stem the flow of illegal immigration?

Because his words aren't music in your ears doesn't mean he is wrong.
