You mentioned visiting. Latest data......via CTV reporting ........... is that more USA 'rs are coming to CDA ........and LESS CDNS are travelling to the USA.......since Psycho Donald took over.
the gun thing is a factor. Being treated like c rap at the border is another...It used to be a friendly personable crossing that make one welcome to travel there. Not anymore. A LOT of folks come back with bad experiences of either being robbed, or being witness to some violence.... It seems the attitude of exceptionalism is leading to one of isolation. Not that they care all that much.......and the latter is the really sad part.The US might just find out what it is like to go it alone.....and BE alone. They don't play nice with others..........and currently it is just dismal. The US believes it can either buy or invade and take what it wants world wide. It is quite tragic. If the US ran the world the way it runs its owncountry...........it would be a deplorable state of affairs indeed.
Yeah universal health care, a school system that is centrally funded rather than good ones in rich places and bad ones in poor places .... Commie stuff like that.
That's only because we live next to a fascist state. Compared to the rest of the Western World, we're stodgy, boring conservatives.

the puzzling and concerning thing is that so many can't seem to "SEE" what is happening..... Are they too emotionally invested to be objective?? Something is blinding them to the reality.
Many seem to have a high tolerance to the crude , incompetence and instability of the current governing process........and talk about voting for him again. It is like they have been programmed.

You do of course realize it is the provinces that fund and administer both health care and education ?
Over two hundred shooting incidents in Toronto and 100gangs operating there . It used to be a fun place to visit but the last few years it has sure got scary . I am sure we can blame Trudeau and his Liberal government .
