For some reason, the perpetrator’s identity is being kept secret. But let’s call him Mr. Mo, in recognition of the self-proclaimed prophet who, just like Mr. Mo, was a passionate pedophile.
From the Sydney Morning Herald:
But how could he have found anyone in modern, secular Australia to perform the wedding? Easy: he asked some Oz-based representatives of the Almighty for help. After the imams of one mosque told Mr. Mo that wedlock with his underage beloved was illegal, Allah the Most Merciful hooked him up with Sheikh Muhammad Tasawar,

Earlier,
Tasawar, 35, pleaded guilty to the offence of solemnization of a marriage by an unauthorized person. He was fined $500 and his religious-leader visa was cancelled.
I have no idea what court action, if any, was taken against the girl’s pimps parents.
