Bernie Sanders pranked by Russians posing as Greta Thunberg

MOSCOW — Russian pranksters claim they called U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders pretending to be climate activist Greta Thunberg and offered Thunberg's support to his campaign.

Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov, who have fooled many high-profile victims around the world, posted a recording of the phone call on YouTube on Thursday.
The call itself took place in early December, but the duo decided to release it more than two months later because of Sanders' success in Iowa and New Hampshire, Kuznetsov told The Associated Press in a Skype interview.

A representative for the campaign didn't comment Friday on the authenticity of the call.
Federal law enforcement officials were alerted in November that several Democrats had received calls from someone believed to be outside the U.S. who was claiming to represent the teenage Thunberg and was trying to set up calls or in-person meetings with members of Congress, a U.S. official told The Associated Press. Some of the congressional offices reported the incidents to the FBI and the Capitol Police, the official said. The person was not authorized to discuss the matter publicly and spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity.
In the recording, an unnamed female pretends to be Greta, and Stolyarov plays her father, Svante. They offer to lend support to the campaign of a man who identifies himself as Sanders, and the man welcomes it.
The 78-year-old Sanders suggests that “Greta” make a statement in his support and that they do an event together when she next comes to the U.S. “I would be really appreciative,” he says.
“Greta" then proposes to record a rap song in support of Sanders together with “singer Billie Eilish and rapper Kanye West."
Sanders says that would be “terrific” and tries to end the conversation, but the duo says “Greta” is about to visit Russia and needs advice on how to behave there.
The Vermont senator tells her to be careful to not be used for PR purposes. “I think what you don’t want to do is simply walk in there and get used,” he says...….More

Bloomberg is a threat to him....on many levels. He is far richer than Donald. He is essentially honest and became successful at a level Trump could only wish. Bloomberg has nothing to lose. Trump does. Bloomberg is handling all this very intelligently. and strategically.........while Trump is just a low level disorganized bumpkin........with a big mouth and a nastier twitter account. Because Bloomberg is so much richer....... Trump is bothered by that ......as money and numbers relating to money & status are what matter to Trump. He is of that outdated thinking that more is better, bigger is better.......etc. Trump only embarrasses himself by calling Bloomberg short etc.. But then he has no problem embarrassing himself on a daily basis. One can imagine historians reading his crap on twitter a hundred or more years from now........and wondering why the man had not been restrained....... in some psych ward.
Don't forget, Bloomberg is in Xi's back pocket.

Told ya ,, he is a "nut case".........and deteriorating fast.

says a lot about his supporters, don't it?? supporting a psycho lunatic. There is no coherence on any of his utterings. & getting worse.

The big question : are Americans that stupid so as not to see there is a problem?? Or have they been so brainwashed to revere their POTUS & power ....they are blinded by some misplaced devotion?? What has Trump done to their minds?? The cult effect is certainly evident.....ie Trump town.

It'll be interesting on how this is explained away, no wonder Hitlary is interested in being his VP running mate

Mike Bloomberg for years has battled women’s allegations of profane, sexist comments

(Warning: Story contains graphic descriptions that may be disturbing to some users. Caution advised.)

NEW YORK — As Mike Bloomberg celebrated his 48th birthday in 1990, a top aide at the company he founded presented him with a booklet of profane, sexist quotes she attributed to him.
A good salesperson is like a man who tries to pick up women at a bar by saying, “Do you want to f---? He gets turned down a lot — but he gets f----- a lot, too!” Bloomberg was quoted in the booklet as saying. Bloomberg also allegedly said that his company’s financial information computers “will do everything, including give you [oral sex]. I guess that puts a lot of you girls out of business.”
At the time, some Bloomberg staffers said, they laughed off the comments in the 32-page booklet, “The Wit and Wisdom of Michael Bloomberg,” as a macho side of one of the nerdiest men on Wall Street.

But others viewed them more darkly, seeing them as blunt examples of what they considered to be a hostile environment, artifacts of a workplace employees said was saturated with degrading comments.
Several lawsuits have been filed over the years alleging that women were discriminated against at Bloomberg’s business-information company, including a case brought by a federal agency and one filed by a former employee, who blamed Bloomberg for creating a culture of sexual harassment and degradation.
The most high-profile case was from a former saleswoman. She sued Bloomberg personally as well as his company, alleging workplace discrimination. She alleged Bloomberg told her to “kill it” when he learned she was pregnant. Bloomberg has denied her allegation under oath, and he reached a confidential settlement with the saleswoman.
The Washington Post interviewed a former Bloomberg employee, David Zielenziger, who said he witnessed the conversation with the saleswoman. Zielenziger, who said he had not previously spoken publicly about the matter, said Bloomberg’s behavior toward the woman was “outrageous. I understood why she took offense.” ………..Much Much more in article

Outside of anything to get rid or Trump, what is there to like here?
