He sold Canadian manufacturing to Mexico, He guaranteed the first 80% of Canadian Oil to the US, it did help spur the boom, but handcuffed us away from the world. He allowed almost none restricted access to our resources to US companies. Not to mention the trait the Liberals have to pay to play.

You don't even know who 'we' are beholden to?? Hint, 'we' (the US and Canada) both owe the same entity a lot of money, money that can never be paid back yet we 'owe them no 'respect' or 'gratitude'.

PM Martin and him were both smart enough to do their 'NAFTA comes firts' speeches in Mexico as no Canadians paid any attention to them both saying the Canadian Government would be listening to Wall St more than any group of taxpayers, especially a majority.


Sold down the river is a done deal, some time ago (1867 and no referendum vote would qualify as when we lost our collective freedom) when Quebec and Ontario became 'our handlers' to the 'old money' from Europe.. You just don't want to admit both parties were both doing what it took to make sure that happened. Why should we pay money to somebody who works for somebody else.
