We'll soon find out if Federal cabinet ministers are above the law.
Don't get me wrong. That law is absolutely ludicrous and anyone who'd voted for it must have been smoking something potent. But Monsef's own Liberal cabinet colleague has been enforcing it aggressively.
However stupid that law may be, there is no way she should not be deported while her own cabinet colleague has been enforcing it aggressively.
If she gets away with it (not that it's even her fault), however foolish the law is, then we'll know cabinet members live under a separate set of laws.
