Just curious as why the Riot Act was read to the cons and then no action was taken against them

easier to deal with people that are asleep. Also why risk a confrontation when you can just wait it out. What are gaurds going to use to subdue them?
They have kuffs but what if a hostage is taken.. or equipment is lost etc..

Also loss of action will likely tire them out and make the situation a little grim once they have no where to go and a lock down. No doors open to allow movment of the riot.

I think the riot act was read at a party I was at once.. maybe not though.. if I remember correctly you can be givne life in prison under the act but maybe I'm mistaken.

Obviouslly there are some issues,

Sorta grim regardless... only property damages mentioned though..

still it did bring attention.. wonder what was wrong with the medical services......................

how many guards on staff?????????? 50 inmates is a damn substantial amount of people and/or persons.. oh and maximum security may include violent offenders..
