We had one local case here associated with the pathologist. The woman in question was initially charged with the second degree murder of her child. Then as conflicting evidence surfaced charges were dropped. Her babysitter was then indicted and later found guilty. She's appeared on tv regularly lately as the case against Smith heated up. Today, however, was a stinger. She's on the front page again. Charged with running a grow-op with intent to traffick. Who'd have thought it?
