I love Bob Rae's line "the Baird minimum". Very true. They’re basically using a few Liberal programs they cancelled last year, re-naming them, and trying to pass them off as their own. It’s b.s. It is, however, better then the "hot air" act. Ambrose was towing the party line. She was the scapegoat in that embarassment.
