Just throwing more money at the issue is not particularly the brightest method of tackling it. Particularly this issue as the "boomers" will blossom into old age in the near future. The system, having been a good one while it was being maintained is damned near kaput now (that's "briste", if you happen to know a little Gaeilge, or "fubar" in English
