50,000 "Canadians"?

What do you call Canadians who live full time in Lebanon? I call them Lebanese. The very idea that we should spend close to a hundred million dollars trying to evacuate them is ridiculous. Most of the people we spent big money evacuating, are already back there.....till next time.
