Well for Nova Scotia, I'd say there is a lot of places you could go that are quite nice, but the most popular & the top of almost everybody's list is Cape Breton:

Just find the Cabot Trail and drive.... and drive and drive.... and drive.

Many camp grounds and stops all along the way and makes for a lot of nice pictures and scenery. It's specifically geared for tourism.

If you're looking for a city to visit that has lots to see and do, Halifax is a nice stop:

Hell, once you drive into Nova Scotia, you could pretty much go anywhere and find some place nice to go.

If you get lost, don't worry. Eventually you'll hit the ocean and you know to turn around :p

I'll let others suggest other places elsewhere.

Oh and if you want the best pizza you'll ever have in your life, hit Pictou County, drive into New Glasgow, park yourself on Provost Street and walk into Acropole Pizza.

All the Pizza in Pictou County is awesome, but Acropole Pizza is considered by many as the best of the best.

Pictou County also has the most amount of pizza restaurants per capita than anywhere else in the world... Pizza's a big thing there. (Born and raised there myself)

Well... that's what they said on Jeopardy a few years back ;-) (Saw the episode with my own eyes, not hearsay)

Sam’s Pizza in Abercrombie used to be my favorite, as well, my sister worked there for years making pizza, then moved to Acropole to work there for a few more years.... the quality kind of went with her, lol. Both are very similar to one another in regards to how the pizza is made and tastes, but there's a slight difference.

(Also, check the following comments on the above link about PC Pizza)

If you go to Nova Scotia, trying Pizza in Pictou County is a Must.

In Alberta you obviously have to take in Banff/Lake Louise, that's a given. Depending on what type of stuff you're interested in the choices are unlimited. I'd recommend the Royal Tyrrell Museum.

If you tour the Rocky Mountains, don't bother traveling the Cabot Trail.
There is no comparison with the RM, besides, the road on the Cabot Trail is terrible!!!

If you make it to BC get out on the water on the west coast of the island. The circle tour up island, ferry to Pr.Rupert and drive back down the province is really neat but fairly pricy.

For BC there is plenty. In summer go to Vancouver Island, Victoria has all kinds of stuff, also visit the Cowichan valley (Duncan & Chemanius), can't miss Tofino and Long Beach. The Okanagan valley is amazing, also the gold rush trail & Barkerville.

In winter there is numerous world class ski resorts, Whistler, Big White, Red Mt, Fernie...the list goes on.

Kimberley is a bavarian village in the kooteneys beautiful in all seasons.

It is really the best province for tourism.

That's your opinion.

The Rockie Mountains don't have an Ocean View. ;-)

And many people would dispute your claims of the Cabot Trail being terrible, including Billy Connolly who drove it during his "Journey to the Edge of the World" series, among many others.

... Besides... this isn't a d*ck measuring contest or to trash out other provinces.

In BC I think the Okanagan is the best it has a climate that has first rate activity year round.
In Alberta I have always enjoyed the expanse of the Peace River Country the north is great.
Saskatchewan I like the south east corner around Kenosee Lake
Manitoba up around lake Winnipeg
Ontario has so many places and Quebec I like the rural townships
In the Maritimes the bridge to PEI
Nova Scotia has two great areas the Annapolis Valley and out to Halls Harbour and of course
the Island of Cape Breton. I like the old fort, the Miners Museum in Glace Bay, and Baddock
the Graeme Bell Museum there.
This country has so many great places it would take a lifetime to see them all

That's not the Rocky Mountains, that's the Coast Range. There are several very distinct mountain ranges in Alberta and British Columbia, the Rockies are only the easternmost one.

I'd have to say that one of the Prairie's best kept secrets is Cypress Interprovincial Park. It's flippin' gorgeous any time of year and sunny 90% of the time.

Pretty well anywhere in B.C. is excellent with perhaps the exception of the lower mainland. If you are into the outdoors it's pretty hard to beat the Chilcotin, the Cariboo or the area up around Babine Lake. The John Hart Hwy. between Prince George and Chetwynd is a must see.
