Phish did a countrified cover of Snoop Dogg's "Gin and Juice" that I always thought was really cool.

I also liked Type O Negative's cover of "Hit Me Baby One More Time". I can happily admit that it's actually a pretty good song, having heard it without my bias against Britney tainting my judgement.
