Working and studing in Canda

Hi guys
I'm an Australian, I got my hi school degree from there, but I've moved with my dad to Egypt as he works there. I currently have a 3 years in computer engineering from the aast university (www.aast.edu)
I want to leave my family and depend on my self. Can i find a suitable job which doesn't require a bachelor degree as in australia ?
besides which universities can i complete my degree in ?
