A woman escaped serious injury after falling onto TTC subway tracks as a train rolled in Saturday night.


Toronto EMS were called to Castle Frank station around 11:20 p.m. after a woman in her 40s fell off the platform and a train went over her as she lay down.


The woman was transported with minor injuries to hospital as a precaution, EMS said, calling it “a close call.”
