But with low wage employees, they need a lawyer to fight and living paycheque to paycheque cannot fight so they do it because they can get away with it.

Most of the people I worked with at WM were not living paycheque to paycheque, it was their home's second income, and they were perfectly well off. But, I lived up north, where you worked at WM by choice at the time, everyone was short of workers and you could find better pay anywhere if you were willing to shovel, drive, or had any skill whatsoever. I took my job because I was straight out of highschool and it fell in my lap.
