Iggy will probably win and like Martin will be able to pass bills by the people for the people quite easily. Martin passed the greatest number of bills in the shortest amount of time in Canadian history without any of them being confidence votes. A Liberal minority is always working with the majority interest. That is the difference. A Con minority is trying to do what 35% want and is bad for the whole and a Liberal minority is doing what the majority wants and is good for the whole. Good vs Bad. Of course the Conservatives need a majority, but not for any of their stated reasons. Not going to happen for them however. There is a God!

Trudeau, Trudeau, Trudeau!!!

You might just be right. There are many Liberal supporters who are positively salivating at the thought of Trudeau's heir becoming party leader. There is, however, one severe impediment to that scenario and that is that Trudeau himself is not particularly enamored of the idea. We'll just have to wait and see on that one.

I know for a fact that he is not particularly interested. Their is not a bunch of glory in being a politician. The higher up, the worse that is. Not many would do it.
