Hello, my wife and I are about to move to Canada, we already decided one city to start at. But, before we do, I will like to ask for second, therd, etc opinions, on which city will be the best for us to live at. Please, to all of those who do me the favor to answer this, have in mind that we both are 35 y/o, billingual (spanish and english), she is an anesthesiologist here in Mexico, I am a massage therapist, we still don't have any kids, and the city that we live at is of more than 4 million people, about 150 milles from US border with Laredo, TX, named Monterrey. I will apreciate if in your answer, if you do, you tell me if you are native, citizen or resident there in Canada. Thanks.

That would depend upon your priorities, Ed. Climate, economy, etc.
I'd suggest the Okanagan Valley of BC if you want dry and hot. If you want jungle-like conditions, the west coast of BC. If you want dry flat spaces, the prairies would be good. Canada is pretty big and varies quite a bit.

Do each of you meet the standards for your respective professions in Canada - Does your wife have to retrain etc - to practice in Canada - if so that should be a consideration as to what Medical Schools are accepting students. Hope this is a valid point.
