thats who i was told was incharge at the time
Since it would have had to do with improving the home they live in, for example mold and other issues. This is why i am asking the question as well how do they manage to spend that kind of money?
I remember not that long ago they had been giving grants for people to spray insulation into there attics mean while the insulation was contaminated with asbestos so now they are paying to have each home tested for asbestos levels. It’s a big joke if you ask me considering the building code actually states to use asbestos in homes older then 20 year. How affective will testing & sampling be in them homes?
Have you ever looked around your furnace in the basement and seen this white colored material between the heating duct and the wooden rafters or between the heating registers and the floor? That in older homes is asbestos.
This is why i asked the question, how do they spend the money on these programs? Who benefits?
