ya know........the really sad thing (IMHO) is this. Should there be a REAL ,GENUINE , threat ......people will ignore it ( and no one can blame them one tiny bit) .......and that is when this whole scenario will backfire at the USR .....with a humongous bang. If one cannot count on the gov't to issue ACCURATE , RELIABLE warnings about such major concerns....... it leaves very little that one can count on at all.

Man, can you imagine how hard that job is?

It's a Mission Impossible.

You have to do business with the enemy to find out and that's usually a very dirty business full of corruption.

In addition, split second decisions are made on the street with people screaming for their civil liberties.

Something's gonna give. And it will be both Security and Civil Liberties.

What we need is the same intensity of passion against the terrorists as we see against American sin.

The terrorists know it.
