Vancouver police beanbag a male brandishing a needle and threatening people.
This man was spotted weaving through traffic in front of the Vancouver Art Gallery and threatening to stab passersby with a needle.

A police officer fired a single bean bag bullet to stun the erratic man, who is from the United States. He was then arrested and taken to hospital for observation.
