Van packed with farm workers crashes in B.C., killing 3

I'd be willing to bet that this sort of thing has happened a half dozen times over the last ten years. They've converted a ten passenger bus with real seats and real seatbelts to a piece of junk with a few wooden benches. A few years ago a farmer was caught with twenty four people in the same vehicle. It was a bit like a circus act when they showed people climbing out of the vehicle in a seemingly endless stream.
