I hate to tell you, but having been a medical volunteer while on active duty with the United States Army, and VERY closely following how such medical testing is being conducted today, what is being said in this youTube piece is totally and completely false. Keep in mind that anyone can say anything, on sites like YouTube.

In fact, in order to do ANY form of testing (biological or any other type) on any person in the United States Armed Forces, you must first obtain their informed consent, in writing. In order to obtain "Informed Consent", the government is required to disclose, in writing and orally, prior to the person giving permission, what is being tested, any and all possible actions, reactions or any potential temporary or permanent damage, change or harm to the human body or psyche in detail.

The individual soldier, seaman, airman, or marine must then sign a specific form which not only states all of the above specifically, but also states: "I have read, and have had explained to me, in language that I understand, all risks and possible effects of the testing that I am volunteering for. I have the absolute right to refuse any testing, at any time, without any penalty to me or to anyone else."

No testing, of any type whatsoever, can be done on any individual, without such clearance. This has been required ever since Senator Theodore (Ted) Kennedy held hearings on the US Army and CIA's Chemical test programs held at Edgewood Arsenal, Maryland between 1948 and 1972. These hearings were held in the early 1980's.

I know about this because i WAS one of the soldiers that was tested at Edgewood Arsenal in 1967. I was given hallucenogenic substances, without any knowledge of what I was receiving. The after effects of those drugs (called BZ in my case) lasted for years, and are a part of my 70% Service Connected Disabled Veteran rating from the US Department of Veterans Affairs.

I have kept up on the requirements for testing of military personnel ever since the Kennedy hearings, at which I testified. I was also shown and interviewed in a film made about the testing at Edgewood. You can find all of this very easily by going to Google and typing in "Edgewood Experiments".
