Markets soar as tariffs fall. President Donald Trump is claiming a big win. Is this the beginning of the end or just a pause in the U.S.–China trade war? Trump says China agreed to stop sending fentanyl to America. Despite that, the existing 20 percent tariff punishing Beijing for its role in the drug crisis remains in place. China isn't giving ground on rare earth, at least for now. Beijing is keeping export controls in place for several rare earth minerals. We have details on Trump's plan to counter this.
