The USA is running downward or downhill .. there is the economic decline .. so Trump has now started to threaten this country or that country like Pakistan and the Palestinian authority and the UN .. that he will cut the financial aid to them ..

Everyone should know, such US financial aid and expenditure will be cut and curtailed anyway .. whether such states follow the plans of the US or not.

They will inevitably cut every expenditure like these and will go out of European deals of the Global Warming .. etc. They are obliged .. the USA is suffering much, but they do not declare it.

They benefit of it of course: to control these organizations or states in their orbit.
But now, the circumstances have changed; they even curtail many programs for their own people.

If they didn't think it was worth it they would't have "given" it.

I am still not sure why Israel is the beneficiary of so much aid. I am not altogether sure about what the USA gets in return.

Most people every where .. are oblivious, misguided and are in the error of idolatry, atheism and at least are ignorant.

So do you think, God is not concerned, or He is unaware of people and their work?

Don't you see many calamities are recently taking place in America successively? Devastating hurricanes, wild fires, floods and freezing storms .. etc.

All such calamities are occurring and they indicate God's punishment.

And if you deny God's punishment for the ungodly people .. a large number of people even in America think and believe it is God's wrath.
