Speaking of the Illuminati, how could anyone believe that supposedly smart "symbologist" could not recognize the fifth brand? After the first four, just how stupid would he have to be to see it as "some funny shapes"....???

Man, that Dan Brown needs an editor. Bad, bad, bad writing.

Four Star Army General Fired For Alleged Sexual Misconduct; Some Say He May Have
Posted on Wednesday, August 10 @ 08:59:12 EDT by Lisa

General Kevin P. Byrnes was relieved of his duties Tuesday, only the third four star officer to be fired in more than 15 years. Observers speculated there are much deeper reasons behind the firing of the high-ranking officer said to be against the administration's escalating war policies.

Sabers are rattling deep within the highest-levels of the U.S. military as for the first time in more than a decade a four star officer was relieved of his duties, Army officials announced Tuesday.

Gen. Kevin P. Byrnes was relieved for personal conduct reasons as the Pentagon Inspector General’s Office has been investigating possible sexual misconduct by Byres for several months.

“The investigation is complete but it is yet to be determined if the general will be only demoted or charged criminally,” said a Pentagon spokesman about relieving Byrnes of his duties as commander of the prestigious Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC).

To understand the magnitude of the firing and its unusual nature, Byrnes, 55, was only months away from full retirement and though high-ranking officers are commonly relieved of their duties rarely – if ever – is such a drastic measure taken against a four star general.

Although the military and Pentagon officials, including Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, are remaining silent about the details, speculation among some military observers is that the firing of Gen. Byrnes goes much deeper than only personal sexual misconduct.

Sources close to the military who remain anonymous said Byrnes was part of U.S. military faction discontented with the Bush administration war policies in Iraq and the potential for a nuclear disaster in Iran.

In an effort to stop the Bush administration in its tracks, sources say Byrnes was about to lead a coup against the hawks in the military and executive branch determined to lead America into a global conflict, leading to devastating ramifications for the country, as well as financial and social chaos.

Rumors inside the military say that a growing faction of discontented high-ranking officers are attempting internally to try and stop the Bush administration’s imminent plans for war with Iran in an effort to avert global war.

Although the exact number of high-ranking military involved is undetermined, sources have disclosed it appears to be evenly split between pro Bush and anti Bush factions.

Even though speculation abounds about that an attempted coup relating to the Byrnes firing, no one would question the strange rumblings of war against Iran and warnings of terrorist threats on the homeland that are beginning to circulate from administration officials and media talking heads almost on a daily basis.

Further, ominous reports are even coming from the Washington Post this week that the Pentagon has developed its first ever war plans for operations within the United States, plans justifying and making necessary preparations for martial law in case of a homeland terrorist attack.

As reported in the front-page article, sources working at the headquarters of the military’s Northern Command (Northcom), located in Colorado Springs, Colorado gave details to Post reporter Bradley Graham, who was recently given a tour of Northcom headquarters at Peterson Air Force Base.

Observers say the article appears to be a deliberate military leak conducted for the purpose of getting America accustom to hearing the possibility of military rule and martial law.

According to the Post, “the new plans provide for what several senior officers acknowledged is the likelihood that the military will have to take charge in some situations, especially when dealing with mass-casualty attacks that could quickly overwhelm civilian resources.

“The war plans represent a historic shift for the Pentagon, which has been reluctant to become involved in domestic operations and is legally constrained from engaging in law enforcement.”

Concerning Byrnes, he is one of only 11 four-star generals in the Army previously in charge of all Army training programs and the development of combat guidelines for soldiers. His position at TRADOC gave him command of 33 training schools on 16 Army installations, one of the most prestigious and sought after positions in the entire Army.

Only twice since 1990 has a four star officer been relieved of his duties, once happening to a high-level Navy officer in 1995 and the other a high ranking Air Force officer in 1990.

Army fires general, alleging 'personal misconduct'

WASHINGTON -- In a rare move, the Army relieved a four-star general of his command amid allegations that he had had an extramarital affair with a civilian, Army officials said yesterday.

General Kevin P. Byrnes, 55, led the Army's Training and Doctrine Command at Fort Monroe, Va., where he supervised the recruitment and academic programs at 33 Army schools, from basic training to war colleges. Byrnes, who several military sources said had an unblemished record before the reports of the affair, had planned to retire in November, after 36 years of service.

The Army released few details about the decision to relieve one of its 11 four-star generals. Officials said only that General Peter J. Schoomaker, the Army's chief of staff, had relieved Byrnes of his command on Monday as the result of an investigation by the Defense Department's inspector general. No further details were given.

A spokesman said Army officials could find no case of another four-star general having been relieved of duty in modern times.

Several sources familiar with the case, speaking anonymously because the investigation is not complete, said Byrnes is accused of having an ''inappropriate relationship." Some said he had been in an extramarital affair.

Byrnes, reached by telephone at his home Tuesday, declined to comment. His defense attorney, Lieutenant Colonel David Robertson, said the allegation against Byrnes involved an affair with a private citizen. Byrnes has been separated from his wife since May 2004; their divorce was finalized on Monday.

Lieutenant General William S. Wallace was announced as Byrnes's replacement in April and has been awaiting Senate confirmation.

The Arctic Beacon [covers] the following topics:

While this is obviously what many call a conspiracy site, it s could not (for the most part) be called a crackpot conspiracy site.

Furthermore, the reporter, Greg Szymanski has many mainstream reports published by a myriad of sites and publications.

This is actually old news.

From the Pentagon down, the military has been discontent with the Bush Administration since the Bushites rejected their recommendations, and went into Iraq with 140,000 instead of the 250,000 troops that the Pentagon said were necessary.

The military have been leaking stories to get their side out. Especially since the Bushites began blaming bad intelligence and 'stop lossed' serving troops.

Further, ominous reports are even coming from the Washington Post this week that the Pentagon has developed its first ever war plans for operations within the United States, plans justifying and making necessary preparations for martial law in case of a homeland terrorist attack.

The Washington Post article was about TOPOFF (Top Official) This was a series of simulated disaster-response coordination exercises suggested in 1998. TOPOFF 1 took place in May 2000 involving only US officials, TOPOFF 2 in May 2003 included some Canadian involvement, and TOPOFF 3 in April 2005 included both Canadian and UK involvement.

The Martial Law which is mentioned in TOPOFF would be the natural result of a catastrophic terror attack, in an effort to coordinate resources, in the rescue, maintenance of vital facilities, and guarding both against looting and future attack.

Of course, when a rational person reads the phrases “Bush Administration,” “terror attack,” and “martial law,” all in the same document, the hairs on the backo f his neck begin to hackle.

In an effort to stop the Bush administration in its tracks, sources say Byrnes was about to lead a coup against the hawks in the military and executive branch determined to lead America into a global conflict, leading to devastating ramifications for the country, as well as financial and social chaos.

Here is where I become the most sceptical. Other than Sorcha Faal’s article, I can find no mention (so far) of any other report, and it does not sound likely — un-American somehow. (In the past, American coups took place in smoke-filled rooms between politicians and big business leaders, not Four-Star Generals leading a cabal of career soldiers.)

I can’t, and won’t say it is not true, but personally, I intend to hold my judgement until I can find a reliable source, probably more than one, that confirm Sorcha Faal’s claims.

I nearly got burned last January by Sorcha Faal, and I’d much rather be accurate than first.

Four Star General Fired For Organizing Coup Against Neo-Cons?

Reporter suggests Brynes discovered plan to turn nuke exercise into staged terror attack

Paul Joseph Watson & Alex Jones | August 10 2005

The head of Fort Monroe's Training and Doctrine Command, four star general Kevin P. Byrnes, was fired Tuesday apparently for sexual misconduct according to official sources.

Other sources however have offered a different explanation for Byrnes' dismissal which ties in with the Bush administration's unpopular plan to attack Iran and the staged nuclear attack in the US which would provide the pretext to do so.

According to reporter Greg Szymanski, anonymous military sources said that Brynes was the leader of a faction that was preparing to instigate a coup against the neo-con hawks in an attempt to prevent further global conflict.

Indications are that, much like popular opinion amongst the general public, half the military oppose the neo-con's agenda and half support it.

Further revelations were imparted by journalist Leland Lehrman who appeared today on The Alex Jones Show.

Lehrman's army sources, including a former Captain in intelligence, became outraged when they learned that the official story behind 9/11 was impossible.

They told Lehrman that the imminent Northcom nuclear terror exercise based in Charleston, S.C, where a nuclear warhead is smuggled off a ship and detonated, was originally intended to 'go live' - as in the drill would be used as the cover for a real false flag staged attack.

This website has relentlessly discussed similar style drills which took place on the morning of 9/11 and on the morning of 7/7 in London.

"Speculation exists that he had potentially discovered the fact that it was gonna go live and that he was trying to put a stop to it or also speculation indicates that he may be part of a military coup designed to prevent the ridiculous idea of doing a nuclear war with Iran, " said Lehrman.

Lehrman said that other sources had told him all army leave had been cancelled from September 7th onwards, opening the possibility for war to be declared within that time frame.

Northcom officials also admitted to Lehrman that CNN had been using its situation room as a studio.

Earlier this week, Washington Post reported that the Pentagon has developed its first ever war plans for operations within the continental United States, in which terrorist attacks would be used as the justification for imposing martial law on cities, regions or the entire country.

American Conservative Magazine recently reported that Dick Cheney had given orders to immediately invade Iran after the next terror attack in the US, even if there was no evidence Iran was involved.

Government and media mouthpieces have been fearmongering for weeks about how a nuclear attack within the US is imminent.

Now would be the most opportune time for the Globalists to stage a major attack, as it would head off any potential indictments against the Bush administration for their involvement in illegally outing CIA agent Valerie Plame.

While rumors circulating about indictments having already taken place against Bush and Cheney should rightly be treated very carefully, the fact that there is an ongoing criminal investigation into the matter is something that's admitted and shouldn't be viewed as speculation.

Heres a little more reliable source on whats happening with the General
August 10, 2005 -- U.S. prepared to grab Iran's southwestern majority Arab and oil-rich province after saturation bombing of Iranian nuclear, chemical, and command, control, communications & intelligence (C3I) targets. According to sources within the German Federal Intelligence Service (Bundesnachrichtendienst - BND), the Bush administration has drawn up plans to hit Iran's nuclear, other WMD, and military sites with heavy saturation bombing using bunker buster bombs and tactical nuclear weapons. The attack will be coordinated with urban and rural critical infrastructure sabotage carried out by elements of the People's Mujaheddin (MEK), Pentagon Special Operations units, and other Iranian dissident groups. The German intelligence comes from classified briefings provided by elements within the CIA that are concerned the neocons in the Bush administration will, in attacking Iran, set off a chain of events that will lead to world war. Intelligence on U.S. plans to attack Iran has also been passed by CIA agents to counterparts in France, Britain, Canada, and Australia. The Bush war plans for Iran also entail quickly seizing Iran's southwestern Khuzestan Province, where most of Iran's oil reserves and refineries are located. Khuzestan has a majority Shia Arab population that has close links with their ethnic and religious brethren in Iraq. The Bush plans call for a U.S. military strike across the Iraqi border and from naval forces in the Persian Gulf in answer to an appeal for assistance from the Al Ahwaz Popular Democratic Front and Liberation Organization rebel forces in Khuzestan, which will declare an independent Arab state of the Democratic Republic of Ahwaz and receive diplomatic recognition from the United States and a few close U.S. allies. After World War I, Khuzestan was annexed by Iran, then called Persia. There are also plans to incite rebellions among Iran's other minorities, including Azeris and Turkmenis in the oil-rich Caspian Sea region. Other minorities targeted by the neo-con planners are Iranian Kurds along the Iraqi and Turkish borders and Baluchis along the border with Pakistan. The neo-con plan seeks to separate Iran from its oil resources and create an "Irani triangle" centered around Teheran, Isfahan, Qom, and other historically Persian centers. In anticipation of the U.S. attack, the spy sub USS Jimmy Carter has placed taps on undersea communications cables in the Persian Gulf that carry Iranian commercial, diplomatic, and military traffic. In addition, Task Force 121 covert paramilitary forces have scouted Iran using the cover of journalists and businessmen to pinpoint military targets.

Neo-con plans to attack Iran include severing oil-rich Khuzestan Province from the rest of the country and having it declare independence as "Ahwaz."
