.....Sources at the sanatorium said the mistake was explained by water and hydrogen peroxide looking the same. Hydrogen peroxide, which can be used to bleach hair, is used as a disinfectant but should not be ingested.

Ok.... 1st off: Although they both look the same, Peroxide has a smell to it that is not that hard to miss. Not to mention Peroxide sometimes bubbles/foams if shaken or put on an infected area, yadda yadda.....

What kind of a friggin tourist goes to another country to get an enema of all things?
