I read a book called Dark Ages of America..
And a documentary, well, more like show made by Michael Moore.
He was interviewing our fellow Canadian and asking whether he was ever robbed before. He answered, "Sure, but they only took some booze and some cigarettes so I don't really worry about it."
He also noted that he didn't lock his door that time and he STILL doesn't.
However, in America, many..many people are obsessed with their locking system and their private security of the house, according to Dark Ages of America.
I know that this is simply an assumption, but, it shows some problems in America.
Obviously, to me, tougher laws don't work.
Social improvement does.
