Chastised for trying to get you back on thread topic, lol.
I didn't realize that stepping on a mans throat and castrating him was the topic.
The only error was replying to you. lol I don't wish the Pastor any good will but it isn't as intense as it is for the man who kills 3 kids and then feels bad cause he has a difficult time getting a cup of coffee. I'm quite certain anybody from Iraq or Afghanistan cares very much when they are seeing whole villages almost wiped out entirely. Like I said, same planet, different world, I've accepted that, you shopuld also and not act like each post is such a surprise to you.
Sorry, any time I see people that supposedly believe in freedom, call for someone who exercises their freedoms to be assaulted, I'm surprised.

Especially when they cry incessantly about freedom for their cause du jour.

You do realize, that stating "step on his throat", is actually hate speech?

It was for the post I replied to, you don't have a problem replying to the off-topic parts but no comment on the parts that are thread related to a greater degree. I wasn't saying I was going there, I've said it would be more effective if he went over there and burned it, if he refuses then he knows what it was capable of starting.

Would you have preferred I said to wear ear-muffs designed for industrial noises. I would think the method of noise suppression is secondary to cutting his nuts out.

I never think of stepping on a throat of people I like, not even for the ones that I find annoying, however some do whine as much (and loud) as if they were being dissected. Ear-muffs would just make them even louder rather than it being taken as a hint to talk softer. About that time the visual aspects of things flying through the air take over for the lack of appreciation for the vocal message. That is still freedom of expression, that doesn't mean I will be tempted to mimic it, comment on it, sure why not.

You weren't trying to get back on topic, you were trying to deflect.

I wasn't saying I was going there
Doesn't matter, you made a call to commit an illegal violent act. That's hate speech, at its simplest.

That is still freedom of expression.
Which has limits. The biggest and most important limit, is a call to commit a violent crime, especially on an identifiable individual.

Stepping on someones throat, for any purpose, (Other than lawful detainment) is a violent crime.

Buying a ticket to go and do it is the first act in the crime.
Say I was in jail for burglary and I mentioned that if you put tape on a window that you are going to break lets you pull the pieces to the outside rather than them falling inside which is noise and potentially dangerous. Somebody hears it and does it, does that make me a co-conspirator? If it does do I have the right to charge whoever taught me to use the tape?
