Authorities planned to contact thousands of British Airways passengers after traces of radiation were found on at least two jetliners during the probe into the poisoning death of a Russian ex-spy.

If anyone is able to complete the math on this one, it could become a major international incident. It's obvious Russia is on the move again and consolidating its power. Plugging any leaks is a necessary step in the way forward.
For now the radiation story is small potatoes. They could be moving to a bigger pot!

I see today that Russia plans on building 42 nuclear reactors by 2030. More of their oil will be leaving and they will have more money to build themselves up again. Of course it remains to be seen if they can successfuly convert to nuclear, their history with regards to safety isn't the best.

Is the general consensus that the radiation found on the British planes was somehow caused by Russia or her agents? I have watched several news stories and seem to have missed this suggestion.
