Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his Conservative caucus kicked off three days of strategy planning meetings today in Charlottetown, P.E.I., with the goal of forming a plan for when Parliament resumes in the fall.

Caucus meetings are usually closed to the public --- but anyway - troops will be in Afghanastan until 2009 unless the NDP are elected or something more important comes up - like a civil war in Canada.

I hope they can get some good public oriented planning done while on the Island.

But I could be mistaken about Liberal War policy and the other parties ...
