Because the first Ontario Tourist Attractions photo contest was so very well received, with over seventy five photos submitted and almost 3000 registered votes collected in September and October 2009, we've decided to do it all again!
Ontario Tourist Attractions 2 photo contest on Lenzr.com will once again show the world the most interesting travel destinations available to tourists in Ontario. The contest sponsor, Kanetix.ca specializes in delivering rock bottom car insurance quotes and would love to see images of families enjoying a scenic road trip in a beautiful and unusual location.
Photographers are asked to upload pictures of the places they think visitors to Ontario should know about. All snapshots should include captions (up to 140 characters) that explain the location and essence of each photo. The winner of this challenge will be the member that submits the top rated image as of January 1st 2010. On Lenzr, the winner is determined by the quantity and quality of registered votes + popular votes / total number of votes.

Macro Photos of Life is a unique photo contest that is a magnification of life itself. Photographers are asked to use their macro lens to blow-up the faces and arms of Nature's smallest subjects.

Medicinal Plants in Nature photo contest on Lenzr hopes to collect lots of pictures of potable plants growing wild in the great outdoors. This web challenge should showcase the celebrities of the plant kingdom growing wild in their native habitats.
Botanical Photography is the practice of photographing plants and vines and root vegetables, and flowers and fruit blossoms accurately with respect to their form and color. Competitors are asked to list each specimen's name, habitat and possible medical function. Successful botanical photographers are scientists, and talented artists; the profession requires diverse skills including a botanist's knowledge of plants, and the ability to compose perfect pictures.
