Just stumbled upon this article: https://www.patchmd.com/alternative-to-sunscreen-polypodium-leucotomos.html.
It talks about Polypodium Leucotomos, a claimed sunscreen alternative which allegedly protects from UV rays by producing phytochemicals. I've also read that it's effect is to increase tolerance to UV rays so your skin doesn't burn easily? Hmmm. In concept it seems real good, but being an SPF user for a long time now, I'm not fully convinced that this would work.
Thoughts?
