You gotta wonder. Or maybe it is just DHS thumbing their collective noses at S.A. considering that 'relations' with many countries have cooled somewhat lately.

Could be. Could also be that South Am countries aren't all googly eyed over the US after El Salvador, Nicaragua, Colombia, etc. Like "Get the f'k out n stay out". lol
