we told some barbarian nation not go in, because a civil war can occur,remember what dominique de villepin said at the UN, before the war in iraq?? it is exactly what is going on today in iraq, we should call de villepin nastradamus of the new century.

But ignorance wich is the best definition of your govenrment turn around and call the world, irrelevent, old europe , they even changed french fries to freedom fries and all this stupidity, and they turn around again, and ask for help,now what do you want the world to do??

i not sure that all 5 permanent members vetoed the motion to intervene in Rwanda
i read somewhere that the US and UK together vetoed it-- because they didnt want a repeat of the somalia failure

other members may have as well -- but i dont know for sure
