Yes Jesus was incarnated in many different bodies under many different name in many different historical time frames. He was a highly enlightened being who chose to bring his message of peace to people all over the world, not just the Israelites in one historical time frame. But like he said, we are children of God, and he was a son of God, not The Son of God. Christ is a title given to an enlightened human being and does not designate divinity. Buddha was an enlightened being (one of the incarnations of Christ) and is not a divine being.
The entire bible is a plagiarism of more ancient texts and has undergone many translations and mistranslations. Some were intentional for purely political reasons. It isn't meant to and never was meant to be taken literally. I guarantee that if Jesus would return, Christians would have him killed for telling the truth of their misrepresentation of his message.
Son of God can be taken two ways. It can be a title as in “Jacob is God’s son and firstborn.” and “Israel is my son, even my firstborn” Exodus 4:22. or his actual birth. Either way Colossians 1:15 tells us Jesus Christ is the image of the invisible God and “All things were created by him and in him. He is before all: and by him all things consist.”
So because Jesus has always existed it is no surprise he appears in ancient literature, including the Old Testament. I was simply thanking you for confirming it.
