Academics tell us that everyone will starve to death by 1980, Manhattan will drown by 2008, the Arctic will be ice-free by 2008, the Earth will freeze by the year 2000, sea level will rise five metres this century, children won’t know what snow is, 12 degrees warming this century, the southwest is in a permanent drought, the midwest is a dustbowl, AIDS will kill us all, Mad Cow disease will kill us all, WTC victims are “little Eichmans” …..
And no matter how many times they are wrong, they just ramp up their confidence levels. Basically, these people don’t know jack **** about anything.
