The two flaming swords that stand over the garden could be a reference to wind and heat is something I could go along with as they would have been there instead of moisture in the Ge:2 version of the creation of the garden.

The Bible promotes that a Christian treats a stranger as if he was a friend, if a fellow Christian turns to sin then he is supposed to be 'avoided' by the rest of the Congregation.

The relationships in the 7 letters is an expansionon how a person can sin against God (1st law) rather than against another person (2nd Law)

I find it to be curious that you call anyone who disagrees with you an " atheist " I'm sure the Pharisees which you remind me of, called Jesus worse than that. Here are the words that remind me of you ".you cross land and sea to make one convert, and you make them twofold more a child of hell, than you are yourself. Of course God had revealed the Torah and the Gospel, then He revealed the Quran to be a guidance and a light to mankind.

Why is an explanation needed if it is from God? The Talmud comes with explanations and those works are not the best version of what the Scriptures mean when current knowledge is applied to them.
The Bible uses the Bible to create a stand alone book with one theme that cannot be mistaken when you allow it to teach you the 'basics' and the more advanced things, like prophecy.

You need the Torah and the Gospel before God can be viewed as a single work. The Quran is based on Jesus when He was a Prophet. When John the Baptist was put into prison that is when Jesus began to do the 'miracles' associated with His ministry. In that role he was more than a Prophet according to Gospels so there are works and teachings and prophecies that are not in the Quran. How can the Gospels be excluded as the 'final authority' when His time as 'just a Prophet' is restricted to the Gospel of John the Baptist and that is before the other Gospels 'start at the important time'. The NT has Christ acting as a fighting King and the future after that doesn't allow for any options.

Herod was a regional king and had the authority to kill at will - in fact his arrest of John the Baptist was lawful. As for Stephen he was also lawfully convicted by the Sanhedrin making his death perfectly legal.
