A pagan dies and goes to hell.
Satan himself gives him the guided tour.
"You see, there is everything you ever dreamt of. Just get what you like - there are drinks, cigars, gambling, all kinds of food and any sort of entertainment you can possibly imagine."
The pagan looks around and is really impressed.
This is like a 5-star all-inclusive Holiday-resort.
But then he notices a big hole in the ground and when he looks down he sees people down there being tortured or burning in pits of liquid fire.
So he asks Satan: "I really like hell, but what is this hole all about?"
"Oh, that is for the Christians - they want it that way..."

I usually start well but after an inch or so I think my material; gets a bit hot and blow through starts. I have a bit better luck with a stitch technique. Do an inch move forwards 3 inches and so on then go back to start and pickup where I left off with same routine. I do get cracks in the backside of some of my welds. My fit has to be much much better I think.
Ick I hate the step stitch, it can lead to cracks at the weld joints. You may need to flood the back of your weld with argon, if you are not running an open root, you may want to try it, it can give the argon access to the back of the weld and purge the area of oxygen. that may help, or you aren't getting enough penetration(stop it self).

Why do you need to weld such thin aluminium for an a drag bike?

Body work, fairings, tailsection, front fender and gas tank. You can buy FRP parts but would like to make my own body work. Most of the fun is in the build.

Open root, turn heat way down and go much slower?

Would learning about neo-paganism and new age in a seminary be akin to learning about the Torah in an Iranian university. Try attending a pagan gathering that is publically open. Not many around but look on the web. It may enlighten you attitude a tad.

A Wiccan is basically anything you want it to be. It's really a religion that one makes up as they go along.

You are using the WRONG terms. Educate yourself because what youve been taught is WRONG. Wiccan is NOT invasive nor does it call for children to hurt themselves. You are dealing with mentally ill children NOT Paganism.

There are certain religious beliefs which, while false, are more or less worthy of respect than others which are likewise false. Protestantism, for example, is worthy of some, however limitedly moderate, respect.
Wicca belongs at the bottom of the barrel.
Just above atheism.
And membership in the NDP..

Incorrect Wiccan is an organized religion with a hierarchy. My form of paganism is made up as I go along. More of a spiritual path than a religion but still entitled to protection form insults and innuendo.

ALL religions are worthy of respect.

why?

because they are people's BELIEFS.
i can't believe the arrogance of you, sitting there listing whose beliefs you think are the best and worst, and how much respect you give each one.

Part Three, Article 8, II: The Definition of Sin
1849 Sin is an offense against reason, truth, and right conscience; it is failure in genuine love for God and neighbor caused by a perverse attachment to certain goods. It wounds the nature of man and injures human solidarity. It has been defined as "an utterance, a deed, or a desire contrary to the eternal law."

The eternal law stands above divine law.

In Question 94 of the Prima secundae of his Summa theologiae (I.ii), Aquinas asserted the concept of an eternal law which provides the road map for all ethics and ethical conduct. This eternal law, Aquinas reasoned, is God's device to govern the entire community of the universe toward the common good.

Is name calling and ridicule not a failure in love of God AND neighbour? Does it not wound the nature of man and injure human solidarity? is it acting in right conscience? If I am a Pagan satanist, does you lack of compassion for me and those who think as I do a sin? Do two wrongs make a right?

I don't know. For this it is the artist in me, I like the flow of it, it rolls off the tongue nicely.I also admire the fact that the author was able to grab attention to his material with the title, and that is half the battle in getting people to read something.

An adorable statement, Sanctus!
Your subtle artistic soul enjoys the sound of the "Culture of Death" phrase so much, that the artist in you doesn't hesitate to insult and offend a lot of people? I should admit, that you got me this time. It is not often that I don't know what to say, but this time I am just speechless.... Some artist you are, indeed!

Another thing that I just can't understand, try hard as I might, is why a representative of a religion that worships a dead body and practices ritual cannibalism during every religious ceremony should call another Religion "The Culture of Death"....

Not all pagans practice magic or sorcery to tame occult powers. A pantheist believes that God is all and all is God and that a piece of divinity is within all things in existance. Gaia worshippers hold that the Earth is our mother and revere her as such. They may pray to her but do not attempt to tame her so as to place her at one's service. This is actually in opposition to Gaia worship. An animist may revere an animal and try to take on the best attributes of that animal but would not think to place that animal in service to them. A female bear in defence of her cubs in the epitome of a truly great family value as a mother who would lay down her life for her family yet taming a grizzly is left to Hollywood animal handlers and zoo keepers.

Those seem pretty familiar to me, don't you agree sanctus?

I believe the the Great Spirit is seem in all creation.
I believe that Mother earth is sacred, although she was originally represented as Tutrle Island.
I believe in the Totem, or animal spirits, I myself being guided by the Bear.

A statement of faith I agree with absolutely.
Bear is one of our most revered Animals, too.
I am guided by the Wolf, though.

Read this again THE PHRASE IS NOT MINE.

And again. I like words. I am fond of reading dictionaries as well.
I like phrases for the sound they make, regardless of what they may mean.

The phrase "culture of death" is, I assume, a reference to the absence of Christ, which brings a spiritual death to the soul. And frankly, with the high rate of abortions in this country, it is a term most fitting these days.
