King Charles III has visited the Flow Country as it celebrates being named the UK's newest UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Situated in the sparsely populated far northern tip of the mainland - a vast expanse of beautiful wilderness - the Flow Country is Europe's largest bog, covering 1500 square miles.

His Majesty looked resplendent in his kilt coloured in his own tartan and was regaled by a bagpiper.
