I think back to the Mulroney days - I know he (and his cronies) were no better. I don't agree with many conservative policies, but I feel that they are my only alternative. I wish the REFORM party wouldn't have merged.
Response to thread - I do care about this criminal conspiracy and I see that Cretien and his cronies have seriously weakened Confederation. A pox on them

I gotta disagree with your ascertion however that Quebecers will be better off with Canada, especially Alberta and Ontario who actually fund the provincial coffers of every other province in this country in order to provide equalization of services. I don't see how going out on your own is going to put you and the other people of Quebec in a better postion. Perhaps you can share your thoughts on this.

Someone with Flare, who is Flamboyant, good talker etc. It won't happen in my lifetime nor should it. We should stop our petty grumblings and work together to make a better country.
We do, provide 1/5 th of Canada's total gdp. That for 1/5 of the population. So, on our own, I dont see how we could be worse off. We pay everything twice. We already have a duplicate in place for half the Federal services. We would actually be saving money by splitting our own way.
what fear campaign? Such a fear campaign would have to be national but here in Ontario I have no clue what you are talking about.Numure said:thanks to the fear campaign of the liberals.
or maybe because seperating while the Prime Minister is Quebecois would seem extremely weird. "We are not getting enough of a voice in the government, despite the fact the Prime Minister of the country is Quebecois"Lets face it, the only one that maneged to keep this country together (Threw fraud and corruption, though this was only a minor factor that only blew our slim majority vote) was Chretien. He was casrismatic, and appealled to all the soft seperatist with his media campaign against seperatist.
Vive le Canada.Vive le Québec libre.
Does anyone know of the oppotunity to force the Liberal party itself to pay any funds found to be miss appropriated?
I ask simply because they all ware the success of the election, they should all ware the shame of this scandle.
