This is strange,as I just bought a copy a few weeks ago :) Yes,I really like the film[based on the Michael Creighton book]pardon my spelling, please.it has a haunting quality to it that intrigued me and Banderas is one of my fave action stars.

I just checked it out on the Movie database & couldn't find how it grossed, but the reviews were favourable. Crichton based the story on Boewulf[one of my fave legends, too]

I never let a little thing like historical accuracy ruin my enjoyment of a good film, unless it's something like the vaccination marks on the arms in Ben Hur :)

I lost a lot of great flicks because of the deterioration in the VHS tapes. I didn't know they had such a limited shelf life :( Had around 400 movies . Now,I have 65 on DVD,and want a few more before the big format change.

The first DVD I bought was La Femme Nikita, and then my sister gave me a copy of the Beatles' Help..and that started me off on another collecting spree. Darn it!

yeah that wasn't a -bad- movie. I think my very first movie was Gladiator.

Now I think that movie was a pretty good one. I enjoyed it very much. The only thing which killed it for me is I saw it too many times.

I probably watch most of mine once per year...like The Searchers, The Wild Bunch,Nikita. Most of my b&w's are lucky to be viewed once.. I'm about due for the marathon Lord of The Rings again.

I buy the previously viewed ones at Blockbuster ,usually 10 to 12 dollars each, but got a few for 2 for 16 the last time, so bought Coppolla's Dracula and Hidalgo.
