fluoride has come up many times and been researched. It's perhaps one small component of an overall chemical burden. But it still doesn't account for the stress factor which clearly plays a role, the hormonal factor which clearly plays a role, or the numerous other environmental issues. There's no one cause of fibromyalgia as far as any truly scientific research has been able to determine.

Quite a few articles over the years of looking for relief. It's a symptom and a complicating factor. Losing some of the weight that inevitably creeps on due to the exhaustion and pain can help to keep the symptoms to a manageable level. An eternal battle, but, it seems to be a pretty critical one.

Cure-zone has a lot of members, somebody over there might be able to shed some light on your condition. It might have to be 'attacked' from several angles.

Good luck Karrie:) My parents are doing it and my dad hasn't complained much at all. If he can do it, I'm sure your husband can!

Ya know tracy, the annoying part is that he'll probably drop it just because he decided to, without even trying. Men are frustrating that way. lol
