Yes it wasn't nice you are right. Secondly we don't know why she up and left but to
say the least she wasn't happy and it was likely a tough decision for her to make.
Lastly and most important the truth always finds the light (ask Duffy) and the reunion
does not have to be awkward enjoy the fact you have your mother back and talk
about it and move on. Difficult maybe but awkward doesn't have to be.

I think I will wait to see if the family has something to say later. I hope the reunion provides them with answers to the many questions I'm sure they all have....along with the reawakening of familial bonds.
