It does not help JT that he's appointed people like Monsef. Either she simply does not know better or likes to dodge the truth. She was lost during questions about 'her' committee, she was saying that all the work they had done was flawed, so in essence she was saying a committee she is responsible for hd wasted time, money and resources to do nothing?? Wasn't she aware of the project's progress!! I know she has to appear that she's busy and working, but changing our electoral system by exploiting people and wasting funds shows this gov. is arrogant and believes themselves superior to the common people. Using the Gallagher's index, was however hilarious in it's attempt to show an equation that supposedly would loose Canadians with its complexity!! Gallagher's index is simple, but the question is why would Canadian ever need to know this equation and Monsef's attempt to use it to make a mockery of Canadian was insulting and nonsensical.
